Oslo, Norway, Jan. 25th, 2016 – Numascale today announced the appointment of Goutam Debnath as Vice President, Business Development. Goutam joins the executive management team reporting to CEO Morten Toverud.

Goutam brings to Numascale a unique blend of technical, management, business and customer relationship-building skills, as well as extensive expertise from his long career in CPU designs for client and server platforms. Under his leadership, the company will align business directions to tighten Numascale’s strategy, speed execution and expand the footprint of Numascale technology across the rapid changing server and high performance data analytics markets.

Goutam joins Numascale from Intel Corporation, where he most recently served as a director in the Datacenter Business Unit. In this role, he was responsible for leading Intel’s scale-up server ecosystem along with other responsibilities related to server platforms. He holds M.S in Physics and M.S in Electrical Engineering along with two US Patents.
