Morten has extensive experience in the industry with his last position being VP R&D at Rheinmetall Defence in Oslo. Previous experience is as President, CEO in O-Mass AS, VP R&D in Tanberg Data ASA, and from Kongsberg Informasjonskontroll AS. He started his career after studies and lecturing at the University of Oslo at The Norwegian Defence Research Establishment where he held a position as Senior Principal Scientist.

Einar Rustad has a background as CPU architect in Norsk Data and Director of Processor Architecture in ACRI, France. He was a founder of Scali and has been working with high-performance cluster solutions over the last 16 years. His special interests include the impact of latency on performance in modern architectures with deep storage hierarchies and shared memory multi-core processors.

Goutam has more than 24 years of professional experience working at Intel Corp. His experience includes 12 years of client and server CPU designs at various management roles, 2 years of Q&R as Platform Component Group manager, and 3 years as a manufacturing manager for server chipsets. He managed RAS technology for server platforms. Goutam was responsible for enabling industry with scale-up server ecosystem. He holds M.S in Physics and M.S in Electrical Engineering.
